This once-in-a-lifetime, all-inclusive experience has been created to change your life and start you on your path to body neutrality and self acceptance. Will you take the leap and be part of it?

Escape to the wilderness of North Carolina, where you’ll learn from women who have been in your shoes and have turned the tables on the societal BS that dictates how we see ourselves. This retreat has been tailored to not only guide you through rewriting the subconscious coding that the media pushes, but to provide you an opportunity to relax and recharge your body and mind so that you can go home ready to conquer whatever lies before you.

 

Accommodations

Lake Lure, North Carolina is home to some of the most incredible waterfalls, lakes and mountain views. This populated, yet secluded, area is the perfect location for resetting and getting the break you deserve. While we will have scheduled things throughout the event, there will be plenty of time in the morning and evening for you to disconnect and breathe.

Each attendee will have their own room (unless they’ve signed up for room sharing). The luxury vacation home I’ve chosen is the epitome of luxury. Spacious enough to seclude yourself if needed, cozy enough for everyone to bond and get to know each other.

What’s Included

Room & Board for 3 Nights/4 Days
Our food will be prepared by a professional chef. We’ll have everything from buffet style spreads to a full sit down dinner, as well as snacks and drinks available at all times.

TWO Boudoir Sessions
One indoor on property and one outdoor at a local, easily accessible waterfall. Both sessions will include professional hair and makeup. The indoor session is the perfect opportunity to see that boudoir isn’t nearly as frightening as it seems. The waterfall session will be the day after to capitalize on your new-found confidence gained during your indoor session. After the retreat (within two weeks), you’ll receive magazine-quality, professionally retouched images (minimum of 20) and we’ll design a beautiful 9×6 Heirloom Album together for you to remember the experience by.

You’ll hear from a few women on how to start your self love journey. Mia Bolden of Beautiful You Studio in Pensacola, FL will be joining us to not only walk us through being kinder to ourselves, but she’ll also be there to guide us through intention setting for the experience as a whole.

We’ll also have small fireside chats to introduce ourselves and learn about each other and how we can support each other through this process of loving ourselves better.

A non-refundable $200 retainer and signed contract holds your seat for the retreat. Monthly payment plans are available.
